Honest stories and simple tools, so your next step feels intentional.
You work hard, you learn fast, and you really care if your work matters, yet you still sometimes wonder if you truly belong
You pick up on emotions, tensions, and small shifts in your team, and you are not always sure what to do with everything you notice.
You want to grow in tech in a way that feels honest to you, without performing a different version of yourself just to fit in.
I never saw engineering as “just getting tickets done” .
For me, a career in tech is not only about what you ship, but about who you are becoming while you ship it.
I believe most of our hardest moments at work are not purely technical. They are emotional.
Comparison, fear of disappointing others, silent pressure to always know more.
Your story, your strengths, and your way of thinking do have a place in this industry, even if it does not always feel that way.
In my work, I hold on to a few principles
1.
I work with my emotions, not against them.
2.
I look for possibilities, not just problems.
3.
I pause to align my decisions with my values.
My mission is to make the emotional side of engineering easier to talk about and easier to navigate, especially for early career individual contributors.
I want to create language for things we often feel but rarely name. Feeling small in a meeting. Being afraid to ask a question.
Wanting to contribute more, but not knowing where to start.
My mission is not to turn you into a different person. It is to help you see your own patterns, your own strengths, and your own needs more clearly, so you can make decisions that fit the kind of engineer and human you want to be.
Through this lens, I focus on
Awareness
Understanding how I think, feel, and react at work.
Authenticity
Owning my spot without pretending to be someone else.
Contribution
Finding ways to add value that fit my strengths.
I share real moments from my journey as an engineer so you can feel a bit less alone in yours.
I design simple tools that help you pause and notice what is really going on for you. Sometimes that is a question you can ask yourself after a hard day.

You do not have to figure things out alone. If something in your path feels confusing, we can talk it through together.
You can read, reflect, or reach out. Whatever you choose, my goal is to stand beside you while you learn to trust yourself a little more.
